I like how the club refused to name the player & then revoke his past players membership. Distance themselves as much from him as possible.
Amarfio was on the front foot last week with strong words and the club has backed this up again.

(a quick google search, I don’t remember him & he never played league football)

Given he never played a league game and it is 7 years since he was on their list, well done by NMFC to take action.

That said, it is no point not naming him but lead anyone to him by giving out the clues. Also not fair on other past players who are implicated (as above).

I disagree, naming him gives idiots that think like that someone to point to. Providing enough detail to work out who it is gives the players who might be wrongfully accused enough info to prove it wasn't them.

I am happy with the club for backing Amarfio's words in regards to racism. It's set a standard for all current and past players which really should have been set by the AFL but seeing as they are unwilling to do it I am glad North have, at least where they have control of the situation anyway.

Exactly it's pretty poor form by North based on the criteria they released: drafted 2012, delisted 2014, played zero games. Two ex-players meet that criteria.

One player is lying low in shame another is getting questioned and potentially abused on SM for no fault of his own because North aren't prepared to name and shame.
