Re: PDCA
Reckon talks first started in like 2005 when both clubs were battling. Never happened though, Kilburn always needed Enfield more than the other way around, and the talk all along was more around Kilburn absorbing Enfield.
Funnily enough it was a Kilburn life member (playing at Enfield) heavily involved in the discussions.
All this chat though has upset the KCC chairman Jay Woolford, and rattled the Chics committee - JayWo is doing a great job out there, he’s got great energy, drive and passion.

I couldn't agree more with how lucky they are to have Jay, many have tried and felt they got know where, but Jay seems to really be improving cricjet and has brought its relevance back to the club again, people like him are worth there weight in gold.
Back onto PDCA, congratulations on the club of the year

Let me know if you need any assistance mate, I was heading that way late last year and then got serious, even when my hammies went 3 times and I had to stop the running I found ways to plateau my weight without enduring hell or missing out food wise.

Not really a photo kind of person haha! I had tried smiling for a bit, but I find it hard to force a smile.

I don't know how women do it? I hate having my photo done, I feel like a dickhead standing there and then I'll pick it to pieces anyway.

SACA will end up coordinating all junior formats. I don’t mind it, clearly there’s a gap in PDCA juniors, had a quick read over the 16’s and 18’s proposed format seems reasonable.

Playing 8 a side T20's doesn't do a lot for development within the comp, the better players bat high and bowl while the lesser skilled players basically participate.
Unfortunately there's not a lot the PDCA can do about, upper aged junior community cricket is akin to flogging a dead horse, the young lads are getting girls and finding part time jobs so cricket is taking a back seat.
The Barossa have got it right by playing on a Friday arvo, the names floating about in that comp look healthy.

18's is pointless IMO, I'd only need one guess as to who would be driving that.
16's has merit, although there's going to be some kids posting very high individual totals, especially with only 7 fielders.

Retire at 100.
Minimum is 9, obviously the preference is for 11 players - up to clubs to drive that and get a full side. Surely better having some sort of 16's / 18's comp than losing them between 14's and seniors?

Shit yeah, 17's might be a better alternative, although the current 16 and under is practically that.
It's pretty crazy after being out of the loop for a while and seeing the decline.
