Yep I read that online somewhere but it’s Port Adelaide they always get it their way .

It seems potential draftees were able to "name their terms" so to speak with this draft...... perhaps a few felt that the timing wasnt ideal to move to Melbourne and commence an AFL dream.......?

Does anyone know the contract lengths of the drafted player. I know some of nominees had 18month . A club like Sturt would be pissed to loose a player for the rest of the season for nothing and have that player against them later in the season..
