I suspect nothing can unite the USA which is I assume what this title means, since "America" has a north and south continent and a lot of countries in it.
The USA is occupied by some good people over all but also has too many crazies hanging around on the right and left of their politics. (Though I'm not convinced any of there parties are really "left" in policy - more like "mildly right" and "totally right".)
