The 2nd innings where Golden Grove get bowled out for 32 and Goodwood for 26 is plain ridiculous. Surely Goodwoods pitch isn’t that much of a minefield.
My cricket says Grove were 0-32 and won outright

Yeah saw that. They hadn’t updated scores on MyCricket when I posted. Just going off paper, which obviously had forgotten to put the 0/ at the front.

Farms V Princes was crazy, Farms 8/97 needing 101 for the win.
Ended up with 230, strange game cricket.

Serious game played out at Gawler with TOS getting up over para hills by 11 runs. It was a serious battle all day

Great effort by the Tossers to bounce back with a win. They always play well at home. Never easy to chase down 300+, but Para Hills got really close. They just needed one of their bats to go big, but not to be.

Great effort to get 290 odd batting second. Must've been a cracker of a game.

Was a pearler to watch all day

Ruhode is unbelievable in the field and impacts the game everytime he is near it, Trinity dropped a couple you wouldn't expect but held some cracking outfield catches to make up for it. It ebbed and flowed momentum wise and we felt we had a great chance with Wordsworth and Hiscock at the crease but in the end not to be.

Cracking T20 game between Para Hills and Adelaide Rockets this evening. Para Hills batted first and ended up 9 for 125. At the start of the last over the Rockets were 4 for 115. Tim Davey hit the 4th ball for 6 to get to124 and was bowled next ball. A single off the last ball was enough to level the scores and get the Rockets through.

It was a good game that ebbed and flowed, we did some awesome work with the ball and in the field. to keep the contest alive. Davey played a super knock, its a very dissapointing way to go out but that's the rules. Good luck to the rockets, they will be hard to beat with the likes of Weaver, Davey and Somerfield, although talking to Grant Harvey tonight if they make the GF they lose the district players as it falls on a Saturday Sunday fixture for premier cricket

Anyone willing to pick out winners for round 9

Grange vs PAOC
Ingle Farm v Pooraka
Old Scotch vs Flinders Park
Para Hills vs Marion
Reynella vs Trinity OS
SPOC vs Walkerville (SPOC need this to stay up i feel)

looking at the table its still very tight for 4th. 1 bad game could cost you finals in the final few games.
at the other end Walkerville look to be going down but the other spot still open, SPOC and Old Scotch are currently fighting it out and with those 2 playing each other next game it will be a very important one to win.

Hard to imagine any grounds without covers being fit for play tomorrow.

Even clubs with covers will struggle.
Ours blew off last night and have been blowing off all day, despite pegs and weights.

Is it only A1 that have the permission to put covers on their ground?

No, clubs have to declare which grounds have covers. Once you have declared you have covers you must use them as directed by ATCA. For example, Marion have covers for both their grounds, which means it could mean any of their first four teams could be covered. For tomorrow that would be their B1 and B3 teams who are playing at home. Will be interesting to see how games with covers get away - see tigerpie's post.

Sensible to call of today and tomorrow. Good thing its the first day.
One dayers next week will be interesting.

We've had a lot of rain and cyclonic bloody wind.
Would anyone have gotten a game in?

Trinity had 4 of their blokes stuck coaching kids so our game started at 1:00.
They started with 8 fielders for 1/2 an hour and reynella cashed in.
The 4 turned up about six overs in. By then reynella were 0/38 ish.
The result has really tightened up the ladder now.

That's bizarre. Hard to see anyone from outside the top 5 playing finals. Para Hills, Flinders Park and Pooraka all look safe. Grange move into 4th after beating PAOC. Ingle Farm's finals hope come down to their game against Grange in the next round. If Grange win, the top 4 are settled. If Ingle Farm win, they are likely to finish 4th. Looks like Old Scotch are likely to join Walkerville in A2 next year.

Is there anywhere you can go to and see the list of clearances for this season? Like we can for amateur footy.
