Both my kids attending the survival day rally in town today, so proud they're trying to help right an awful wrong in this country.

Only thing I'm looking forward to dying is my generation and the one before passing on so we can fix this country.

Did you see all the "influencers" who attended rallies but then went to Australia day parties. Muppets

Personally I think that's nit picking.

As mentioned im pro change the date but this wouldn't stop me from catching up with friends and family on the day. If anything it provides a great platform to express my view the date should be change, in comparison I could sit at home, speak to no one and the world moves on and I've had zero impact.

My idea of Australia Day is celebrating Australias current culture and not reflecting on the history.

Catching up with mates on a public holiday is a bit different to that.
I was going to use the day for a motorbike ride but unfortunately woke up with a crook neck so couldn't go.

Would catching up with mates having a bbq and beers on Australia Day not constitute attending Australia Day party. If so I would happily do this despite agreeing the date should be moved.

If it's to celebrate Australia day yeah. Again, would you go to a protest rally against the day & then go to BBQ with mates to celebrate the day.

No one is saying you're not allowed to celebrate Australia Day as such, as the movement is to do it on another date. However as it stands, the day we can do it currently is Jan 26th. Comparing it to other protests is ridiculous. You wouldn't go support a BLM rally and then attend a KKK meeting...but going to a BBQ with mates on a public holiday to celebrate being Australian, after attending an invasion day rally is fine IMO.
Just another case of people getting excited to be offended.

IMO They can change the date to whatever they like, becoming a republic is my preferred option.

But what i am most keen on is that the date is a changing one and it always falls on a Monday, what could be more Australian than that?

I should have got it when I got my bulldog about 8 years ago. He’s allergic to everything and spends a lot of time at the vets at Two Wells. I’m literally paying for that bad decision now.

My cousin has an english and they thought he was allergic to everything because his skin was red and blotchy and he scratched and licked his paws alot so they made him eat bland food for about 4 months. He takes some anti histamines now in summer but rest of the time he's ok and cheese is the only thing that he really reacts to

Been craving the perfect the pizza but was let down a few weeks ago after a two month health kick.

Hooked into the "surf and turf" pizza from Marcellina's early last week and it was superb, at $27.50 for a large, it should be though.

I've had it in my mind to get Lulu's to make me a pepperoni pizza with prawns added, BANG! I don't think I'll ever try any other topping again, $15 for a large and it tasted exactly how I imagined, they make a great pizza any time but this one was the bomb.
