To be fair he did appear to cop a stinker in the last round.

As others have mentioned on here, the standard of umpires in the first class arena are below acceptable. They get even more exposed when they are on TV every night during the BBL.

Yeah well this shot reeked of pure arrogance followed by "Don't you know who I am?

Trav has copped two absolute stinkers in the last two games too. Both in the first innings

SACA should throw everything at Usman or Shaun Marsh to get them here.

We can bitch and moan about nothing changing and then we bitch and moan about these young lads coming in and getting out cheaply or not going on with it.

We need an older head that is unlikely to be taken away when the tests start, Travis goes alright but often doesn't respect his wicket enough as he has to be the aggressor and there's too much expectation carrying on his shoulders, Siddle or Bird would've been ideal too as our wicket taking skills are on par with our run scoring ability.

Need a couple of quick wickets otherwise there will not be enough left for my Ferg Head prediction.

With Ferg gone after this match and Head likely to play in the Tests we are further up shit creek if that’s possible.
We definitely need someone with experience to teach these young lads some good habits and techniques.

We'd wanna bat first on a regular basis.

We know that Cooper will come into the side, he has to, especially on last years form, unfortunately as much as I like him, he isn't the answer.

Or Lehmann.
Cooper is a good honest player but his best is behind him surely even though he did get runs last year.

Seriously, why would they come here?

It's not like they'd be short of a dollar, you reckon they'd move the family from Perth or Sydney to Adelaide for $100k a year when they're about to retire into T20 shit around the globe? Leave the Mrs at home, piss off to India for 12 weeks and pull $400k or move the whole shooting match to Adelaide for $150k?

If we could offer them a too good to refuse figure then do it, but what are 1st class contracts, $100k or more top end + BBL another $30-40k?

If they've got coaching aspirations maybe, but these blokes know the rabble SACA is, be like trying to get Dustin Martin to North Melbourne, you'd end up with Jared Polec. ;)
