Just when you think you have seen it all in footy, he ran about 15m straight into his own man :( hope his is OK was out for a while.

Porties then lost 4 mins with a 3-4 goal wind.

How happy would Brahma be there is no promotion this year??? I know when they make grand finals in the past they usually like to take the easy way out and stay down

* how silly of me, it would be remiss of me to forget how they opted to stay down again this year when they were given the opportunity to go up again....

It just seems to me like that anytime anyone mentions the name Brahma lodge, everyone on here gets their knickers in a knot.
Yes there was an uproar years ago when we said we paid players, then again when we asked the league to be relegated after we made the div4 gf, and now when we are sandbagging in the lower grades.

But you can’t tell me that other clubs don’t have a history of the same if not similar things?
Prime example is the team we are playing this weekend who for years on end seemed to have stacked their lower grades for premierships while their A grade has struggled... not everyone has a squeaky clean past, so maybe it’s time to move on and concentrate on football.

That’s why you gotta respect and admire Houghton this year - they jumped at the opportunity when they could’ve taken the easy road and chased glory in D7.. not the most successful season on field but they’ll be better for it. D6 is streets ahead of D7.

Best of all next year Houghton can stay in D6 and not worry about all the south travel to OSB, Hackham, Flinders

On coaching appointments, congratulations must go out to Steven Webster On taking over the reigns at Uni and Mark Telfer supported by his son James taking over at Mitchell Park. Seems the whispering walls of the Woolshed strike again. Bit rough on two coaches who made finals to be sacked.

Bit harsh considering one of those coaches hasn't been told yet

How about you show a bit of decorum for people that may be affected by this instead of looking for bullshit digital “cred”.

Nothing announced from our club or committee, show some ******* respect

Old mate why don’t you tell us what’s going on at your own club? Rumours are there’s a mass exodus. Again.

Just because it hasn't been announced it doesn't mean it isn't happening.

Not too sure about a mass exodus, mostly players who played their because of covid with the exception of a couple.
