Anyhoo, despite relatively staying on top of it mentally, I've always been a bit nervous about the day I needed to move to a chair permanently and I've been pretty convinced for a while that day would arrive this year or early 2021.
Like I said I'm not the type to openly discuss my issues, but having just come back from the rehab specialist who thinks I've done a great job with my physical therapies and that Im not in any immediate need to become wheelchair bound, Im pretty f***in chuffed lol and felt the need to blurt it out. No doubt I'll be embarressed about this post later, but pumped to not have to worry about it for the immediate future
Best thing I’ve heard in ages, mate. Stay strong.

That is f****** awesome mate, I think you've just inspired me to knock off early and go watch Lefty run with a beer in my grabber.
Great news, JK. I've seen first hand what aggressive MS can do, and anyone who successfully fights back against it deserves to be congratulated. Keep up the good fight, mate, we're with you.

I'm set to play my 250th game tomorrow for my beloved North Haven FC.
My goal this year was to play the eight games I needed to get to 250 and all bullshit aside we've had this year I'm pretty happy I'll be able to achieve the milestone.
Hasn't been an enjoyable season though to be honest, playing most of it under a coach I really dislike in a team that hasn't been an enjoyable and positive environment to be a part of. As much as I'm happy to get to 250 I'm happy my season is finishing tomorrow as I've wanted it to be over for a number of weeks and the only thing keeping me interested is getting to the milestone.

Firstly, congratulations mate, 250 is a remarkable effort and well done for sticking it out, go well.
