Michael Wilson Injured

Why raise this on the SANFL board you ask?

Because I'm just wondering if the Power will now take Lonie or Mahoney out of a game tomorrow? :?

Wilson plays half back doesn't he? Would suspect they'd wanta another defender type. Symes might get a belated call up. Doubt they would pull anyone out of a final though. Let them know there's a spot available and see how the blokes audition for it tomorrow.

Good call about Symes, I didn't think of that, and yes they would pull someone out of a final, they've already done it once in the past to us.

Would it really matter? Symes is good, but no match winner surely?

Good point Blues2002. If they can't find a match winner they should just not bother and go with 21.

And it seems odd they would replace a small defender with a tall defender. Wilson would have a job to do and so they would want someone to do his job. That might mean a midfielder going back and a bloke coming in playing as a midfielder and not a defender but I would have thought the best credentialled bloke to step in would have been Symes.

Thommo or Bentley might even get a call up

Andrew Jarman said on SEN's broadcast this evening, that he expected a phone call from Mark Williams tonight, telling him he is pulling Lonie out of North's side.
Ditto with Mahoney.

Also, don't be surprised if The Hoff is dropped for The Granny, after yesterday's performance. If so, would they let him play for The 'Dogs?
