“We expect a very high level of compliance with these new restrictions,” Mr Marshall said.
"As of midnight tomorrow night, we will be reducing the number of people who can be at home gatherings from 50 down to 10 .
"In addition to that, as of midnight tomorrow night, we will be moving to restrict the consumption in licensed premises from the current regime to only have seated consumption . Whether that be with food or without food, seated consumption is the only model available going forward .
"I also need to make it very clear that we, because we are on high alert here in Australia and high alert here in South Australia, are looking very closely at the moment at the density arrangements for our licensed venues . We don’t have anything to announce today but we are going to be looking at this very carefully.
“We’re also going to be looking very carefully at the numbers who attend our football matches in South Australia and finally fitness studios.”
Anything about brothels?
Restricted to threesomes......
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.
Midnight tomorrow night home gatherings from 50 down to 10.
Midnight tomorrow night seated consumption of alcohol only in venues.
Numbers at football matches and gyms under review.
2 news cases, one a close contact of one of yesterdays cases.
Restrictions don't make much sense.. especially the alcohol one.
Surely we don't freak out over a couple of positives?
Makes heaps of sense if you work in a pub, trust me!!! At one stage in the front bar of the pub I work at last week every single person in the pub was in the same half of a tiny room. People over 50 that frequent pubs are absolutely clueless when it comes to social distancing. I hope this rule and that of people not sitting at bars stays around for a long long time. Put footy crowds back to season ticket holders only too, that'll suit me nicely!
Yeah its not the act of sitting or seating that is the issue its the management of keeping people socially distanced apart.

“We are currently working closely with the department to ensure we can resume operations as soon as possible and will provide updates … as more information comes to hand,” an email read.
QANTAS said the "temporary closure may impact … freight movements over the coming days.
“We’re assessing what support we can offer for any urgent medical shipments planned for today either into or out of Melbourne.”

My wife works for a company that has done well during this whole period but their stock comes from Victoria. Already talk they will need to close.

I agreed (initially), but as The Oracle pointed out, one was a community transmission - obviously concerns around that girl from Thebby SC given she was at Thebby and Roma Mitchell, the number of people she may have passed onto is unknown.

Apparently knew she had it too, she only attended the Roma Mitchell school in an after hours class.

Depending who it comes through you might still be ok. The big companies have a Plan B

It’s the closing of the warehouse that will also be the issue
