Update Road Toll Vs Corona Toll (Victoria) - 30/07/20
I understand Daisy's point about comparing to the road toll to this virus..... yep I can see where you are going with this...... 200 or 300 die every year on the roads but we still drive around. True, but the government has imposed speed limits, alcohol limits, upgraded safety barriers, cars now have airbags etc.......
Or do some of you flout all those laws too? Or perhaps we are all sheep for not drink driving, obeying speed limits, driving in cars with air bags..... they are the auto equivalent of social distancing, wearing masks, and washing our hands....

*I want this thing to be gone just like everyone else. It's doing untold harm to the general health, the mental health & the economy of this country. That said, the time will come in my view where individuals will need to take responsibility for their own safety, and exposure to the risk. The elderly and the vulnerable will need to hide themselves away until we have a vaccine, and let the rest of us, simply get on with life. I think we know it as, adapting to our new environment.

Wow, i bet they get sore wrists from the slap they will get. Might make them stay home for a few hours even. Australia has no balls when it comes to punishments for crimes.
If you are officially diagnosed as having Covid and are meant to be at home self-isolating. If you are busted not at home then you should be tried for manslaughter.
