Needn't bother. Sheahan is the most closed-minded, navel-gazing Victorian in that entire state. His universe does not extend beyond the greater Melbourne limits; it must have come as a complete shock to him to discover that football not only existed outside of Victoria, but in fact those other leagues had been propping up his own state with talent for decades. If he ever did prepare a list of the biggest 50 dickheads in football he'd only have to think of 49 because he has clear dibs on top spot.
