Same. I have another delivery expected to be delivered between 1/5 and 6/5, says its still sitting in Melb. Will lodge an enquiry later today in the hope I get to tomorrow.heater31 wrote:Similar experience with a package too. Was over a week overdue. Sent an email enquiring the status. Expected due date: Friday, 24th April.. nothing.. check website and Aus Post - expect delays.. no problems.
Thursday 30th April - update saying it's on it's way! Beauty a week late but I can appreciate how busy they are.. new expected due date - between 1st May and 6th May.
7th May.. nothing.. check track and trace, showing it's still sitting in the same location as it was on the 30th.![]()
Aus Post note "Just so you know, over 90% of late items arrive within 3 business days of their expected delivery date." Mother trucker it was due two weeks ago, now i'm potentially waiting until Monday.
Filthy.

Cheers, appreciate that feedback - perhaps they could put something similar online instead of just "expect delays".
I've emailed asking for an update anyway - if it comes next week so be it, just be nice to know it's not lost.

I agree, trouble is they just don’t know themselves currently as flights/transport are chopping and changing daily and it’s a logistical nightmare currently. The Bedge wrote:Jim05 wrote:About 3 weeks behind still. Hopefully the changes they have made will start to see some freight moving quicker

StarTrack are very quick. If I order something before 12pm from Golfbox, it's shipped from Perth and arrives in Berri the following day or the day after at the latest.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Re: Things that give you the sh1ts
Hence why I asked. Because ST has their own fleet of freighters they are immune from much of these dramas and offer daily flights between all major cities. The flights arrive between 4-5am and the regional drivers depart around 6:30-7am so as long as the freight is unloaded and processed by then it will go out with them.Bum Crack wrote:Jim05 wrote:AP or Startrack label? Yep, I was waiting for our factory to get blown half way down the road, the radar doesn't look too treacherous either.

And rightly so.
Because they would’ve got it wrong.

Re: Things that give you the sh1ts
Update on my late watch: Lodged a customer enquiry 9:26am after online tracking was still showing no update since 30th April.
Just got an email (almost 2hrs later) it'll arrive today - check online track and trace and I kid you not the tracking history has been updated to include times/dates over the last week including "onboard for delivery from regency park" at 8:00am today!
Anyway, i'm glad it's coming haha
