Thought the Sydney vs Essendon 96 prelim would have been higher. The other one is the 99. Carlton vs Essendon Prelim. Them two games stand out to me as absolute belters that i could watch over and over again.

Sydney & Carlton both “played their grand finals” in those prelims.
Neither of them were going to get close to North the following week.

I think if we had got over Sydney in 96 you would’ve flogged us in the GF by 10+ goals. I think we may have won 99 but it’s all ifs, buts and maybes. We simply weren’t good enough on the day though

BREAKING: Western Bulldogs vice-captain Lachie Hunter set to be charged by police after he is believed to have fled the scene of a crash where he hit four parked cars and was more than two times the blood alcohol limit. More soon @AFLcomau

Browne would drop to his knees and cop an AFL players nuts on his chin in public if it meant he got some airtime.

He's making McLure look like a journalist.

Whoa dude, I know times are tough but saying Mclure is almost a journo (in comparison of course) is about 1 step down from being a crazy nut job.

Are you ok Booney?

Sure, tough times for everyone, but a lot tougher for those who haven't had the benefit of an average salary of over $300K.

Players, unlike a lot of the community, are in a very privileged position, are very, very well paid, retain support networks through their clubs and the competition body, and should know better.

I never liked Tom, to be fair I thought Sam and Tom were as bad as eachother. Hard to distinguish a difference.

Blew 0.123 and ran off. Seeing the pictures he did a fair amount of damage to the 5 cars. Wasn’t hard to tell it was his car with his training kit in the back clearly visible

So apparently he went to a house nearby and left his license at the house. Police found his footy bag with #7 on it so they knew it was him and when he was found at a house he was still drinking. What would his reading be if he is drinking at a house when found.

Was his breath test taken at the scene of the accident, or after at the home where he’d been drinking? Either way he’s in strife for leaving the scene, but by all accounts he spoke with a neighbor who came out and he left his contact details. I’d never justify not condone drink driving, just trying to establish whether he was over the limit whilst driving/pranging?

No chance Hunter gets delisted, will be given even more support
Love the consistency on this site. Someone says they have mental health (true or not) and all the do gooders want to support them and bag anyone who says they might be making it up. Browne doesnt say he is claiming mental health and it may just hi-light the possible issues with the current environment and you all want to shoot him.

Agree that's what will happen, but with a shortened season its unlikely he will get on the field this year after this. De-list him, with support, and get him to prove that he is worth re-listing by his behaviours in 2021
