Unreal, got to wonder about the cudlee creek fire also, when there is a fire in the hills its amazing how many times it is in that area.

A tree falling on a power line is suspected to have sparked a major bushfire at Cudlee Creek.

An SA Power Networks spokesman said early indications suggested the tree fell on to active power lines.

I hve no idea what you're talking about?
If you're referring to ads on this site they're Diss's ads. I dont see any though.

My sites were ad free when I ran them, I hate ads. Easy to get rid of though and if they help Diss pay for the webspace the site is runon then so be it.

The brain dead **** over the road..
Apparently had a bonfire going.....and went to the shops....another neighbor coming home from colonnades spotted the flames from that bonfire that were higher than the roof of the house.
Another neighbour over the road, was watering his front yard, would have seen the fire and the smoke that was blowing towards his house from over the road, just didn't do a thing.

So the good neighbour was trying to put it out with buckets , while asking for assistance from the guy with the hose....which evidently never came....until the firies showed up.

Receiving our report on the state of our house now our tennants have moved out. It’s disappointing to say the least. Too bad they will loose a fair chunk of their bond to clean the house up. A. Holes!

So here I am at my home in the Adelaide Hills tidying it up ready for sale... while we have owned the home for 20 odd years we have been very fortunate to have never really been threatened by fires....unbelievably there is a fire burning very near our new home in the North East of Melbourne... bugger me!

The incredible amount of know it all’s on Social Media who are all of a sudden professionals on Natural Disaster Management, prevention and politics - Both sides of the fence and from many angles. The amount of finger pointing is something I have never seen before...

Couldn't agree more, people trying to make political points in these times amaze me, doesnt matter if their point is valid or not, should be one sole focus on what we can do to help those in need and control the fires, nothing else.

It’s not just political, it’s a lot more than that. Councils, The Greens, Scott Morrison the list goes on. I saw a post on a service station where they were portraying a local service station as Villians because they were charging $44 for an 8 pack of Mt Franklin 1.5 litre waters. Walk in to any service station in Australia and if you get a single bottle of Mt Franklin 1.5 litre water for under $5.50 each off promotion then you’re doing well. Independent Servos run off the smell of an oily rag and are hard work... It’s just a dead set witch hunt from some ordinary people.
