Im trying to think who was the last retired AFL player to have a sizeable impact at SANFL level? Not too many spring to mind, im not talking about the Griggs and Colqhuons who were delisted at younger ages.

In completely unrelated news, Douglas today sold his house that has been on the market for 4 months, he was asking for $650- $700k, someone swooped in and got a bargain at $900k    ;)

That's what I was gonna say delisted by Crows comes back to Norwood wins a Magarey and a premiership in first year back and sails off into the sunset.

Doesn't get any better than that hopefully Dick Douglas can do the same for us again :)

I think you'll find he owns a few more than just one house I remember reading he had built quite a nice real estate portfolio for himself over the years both here and interstate.

Nah I got it was just pointing out he has a lot more than one of them so probably not much need for the brown paper bag stuff.
