Yep.....quote of the season. Anybody need a lawn mowed?

Good to see you've got your chin up mate, North fans thought we'd be where you are now, rest assured in the fact that you got a lot further than most expected and you've got a hell of a lot of young exciting blokes in that squad with IMHO one of the better coaches going around.
I don't even like Sturt but I'm excited about seeing players like Charlie Sharples next year!

Full marks to the noise that the Sturt fans brought today too, I was critical on their efforts last week but from out in the car park and later in the game when I entered the ground the Sturt fans were very loud today.

Cheers mate. You're spot on. What makes this pill easier to take is some of the exciting (ie.Sharples) young guys we've unearthed this year which gives us something to look forward to in 2008.......oh, and of course, th Macgowan factor! :)
There is only one team I love as much as the Double Blues, the Double Blues Reserves.......

Agreed, you've exceeded expectations this year and I can't see you going backwards next year.
Good luck to the Baby Blues!

Wedgie you missed out on the important photos of the 3 players that helped the Bays get over the line, they were wearing white.

Best of luck next year to the Blues, some good juniors coming thorugh which will make for some good times.

Pfft don't blame the umpires blame the undisciplined Sturt players....the reversal of the free kick in the third qtr to Backwell, Feast pushing in the back in teh last minute in teh Ruck contest....I could go on...
As I' ve said all year get in front in 2007 and you'll get the free kicks....and from halfway through the second qtr more often than not we were first to teh footy hence why at half time I was confident of teh win....

Mind you hamlf way through the alst qtr when we were two goals down I wasn't so confident nor when Feast took that mark...

However as you say Sturt should be around the mark next year, an ealy tip from mine to be in the top five provided Chambers doesn't get picked up late in the draft and plays more AFL footy than SANFL footy
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
