Anyone got a strategy planned?
Ive got 3 horses in the Group 1 in Sydney, left the Melbourne one alone, all too expensive.

To me it reads that you get 3,2 or 1 points by where your jockey runs in each race, so yeah, three fifths of f*** all in the scheme of things, you're going to get a maximum of say 12 to 15 points from your jockey on any given day when you can get 18 in one hit from a 3 legged zebra winning a race in Gunnedah.

I've just entered some horses that I know are running on Saturday at this stage, I'll fine tune them tomorrow or Saturday morning.

I haven't read up about the scoring system yet, so just initially picked mostly Sydney based horses .. Think I have about 4 in the Moir on Saturday (but not the one I think will win it lol). Will read up today or tomorrow and re-jig accordingly I'd say.

The Moir is Friday night, its not part of this weeks round. Saturday at Rosehill and Sunday at Caulfield are the only places you can gain points.

After getting off to a bolter I made a couple of simple errors in the end last week.

Losing access to betting agencies on my work computer cost me, I had done my selections early in the week via my phone and hadn't taken into account that Mornington didn't count (I had Jumbo Ozaki), I had intended to change captain over to Bivouac but didn't get around to it.

I'm still a bit green this week too, I've gotta get on to IT to see if I can Sportsbet back, it's a pain in the arse scrolling through the phone to see who's running.
