Absolutely - if your definition of 'traditional' means the years between about 1974 to 1985.
Also, last year's total finals attendance was abut 2,400 less than this year's, and the GF had about 1,200 more people, so its hardly an overwhelming endorsement (at least in terms of crowds).

I reckon its the first time this century the colours of blue or red have not appeared on the chimney
