He resigned 8)

Bombers want to sack the coach when they make the finals!

Atleast they made the bloody finals.

Port extend contracts when they miss.

If Burton goes Pyke may have jumped too soon.

@Booney, do you think there would be a significant number of Port supporters saying, "Take Kenny, take Kenny...."
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Probably, but they'd still be busy pulling the SANFL apart right now.

In reality a coach in any sport almost never quits they're told they're getting sacked and are given the option to resign first as it looks better on the resume and better for the club too.

Maybe Pav has walked into the review, quickly worked out the place is cooked & that Pyke is the only good thing there. Get's on the phone to ding dong Bell tells him to get Pyke over to Freo.

Pyke goes, all of Roos boys keep their jobs & everyone is A OKAY at West Lakes!!
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

No. No side in the AFL can afford to pay out a full 2 year contract with the soft cap on football spend.

It’s only a soft cap. Clubs have gone over it already I believe and plenty of others will at some stage also. The Crows have the finances to pay it
