Re: Adelaide Crows 2019
Jacobs named to lead the ruck with O'Brien the 8th interchange named.
Lets see if Sammy can match the figures of the young fella, particularly with tackles and hard ball gets
No Jenkins again

So why isn’t pafc financially better off then ??
With China and Adelaide Oval allegedly raking in the $$$$ surely you’d have paid off some debt and or reported $millions in profits.
Crowds have dropped from 44k in the 1st year to 34k for PAFC. 10000 fans simply can’t be bothered anymore after 5 years.
It sounds like history repeating itself to me.
Any chance you can inform us of the answer LAME ??
Instead of talking about dim sims. Or does your love for pafc cloud your ability to assess the reality of the situation??
Wow! LAME way to go there Hughesy, with stuff like that we'll see you on Raw Comedy in no time

My theory:
2014 first year at AO Port were playing a ripping brand of footy, the Stadium was brand new, we attracted neutrals wanting to see good footy at a great stadium in proximity to the CBD. Fast forward five years the novelty of AO has waned, not many neutrals attend anymore and our footy has been shite.
Just like every other football club in Australia, past and present, if you're not performing the supporters will vote with their feet. Basic stuff to understand for the most of us. On the flipside Melbourne grew their membership from 2018 to 2019 by 20% on the back of a successful year on the field, you follow?
This year we have averaged 35k with around 52k members, that is a 67% attendance rate. To put that in comparison, Collingwood have an average 56k with 85k members at 65% attendance rate and West Coast have an average 53k with 90k members at 59% attendance rate. So again your obsession is embarrassing.
If Port aren't mooching off the SANFL anymore how are they not financially better off?
Fried Dimmies for me thanks.
So the root cause is Port fans are still frontrunners. Same as 10 years ago at footy park.
$600 mill/Adelaide Oval aint changing that lbh.
Looking forward to this weeks massive crowd against Sydney.
Oh and for the crows fans Eagles by 41 points this weekend IMHO .
It would be massive for you. Come along, I'll buy you some Dim Sims.

Re: Adelaide Crows 2019
Where did Jenkins play, 30 shots at goal and he didn't bother the scorers once? Very handy for Don that he can stay in the SANFL and he wont be questioned why he isn't getting a game in the AFL team.

Re: Adelaide Crows 2019
The Eagles pressure inside their forward 50 has been immense so far today. To this point, West Coast have recorded 11 tackles inside forward 50, to the Crows with zero. West Coast have also recorded 44 pressure acts inside their forward 50, compared to the Crows, with just six.

Righto Crowbots, all the talk is about Adelaide having to let a "big fish" go to get something to play with in trade week, who you putting up for trade and why?
If you want to go quickly, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.

One of the Crouch’s for me. Plenty of clubs would give up a first plus some.
Jenkins won’t get much unless the Crows pay his wage and they won’t part with Sloan or Tex IMO.
Fogarty would attract something very good but I wouldn’t be letting him go

Jenkins & Keith as a package for a first round pick? That could potentially tempt a team like the Doggies who need more bookends.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Re: Adelaide Crows 2019
There's a few rumours around about the Crows putting a big offer to GC for Lukocious. The one I heard the other day was insane though, so as with all rumours they are just that and usually grow as the "Chinese whispers" kick in.

Crows don't seem to have many <25yo key position players coming through, unlike Port.

I wouldn't give you a 1st rounder for Matt Crouch. Can't kick over a jam tin and for an inside mid doesn't win as many contested possessions as he should. I don't think opposition sides are worried about him tearing them to bits.
