He sure did.
Would love to see Cam and Ed back.

Can Cam get a lifeline? Anyone out there need him?
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

He could just come home to Centrals, I'm sure opposition supporters would gladly see another SA product playing in the SANFL at their home club?

I would have thought he would be a chance to get picked up by someone, although it is interesting that they have delisted him prior to the trade period.

Why wouldnt they use him as trade bait to the crows, for say ken mac or something like that?

the Cameron Faulkner de-listing is an interesting one

the Crows do rate him highly and have had a crack in the past two years to secure him via a trade, however the WB said he was not available for a trade

he may be worth a rookie list spot, or a gamble with a final round draft selection

He still managed a spot in your team on the weekend, didn't he? Must be rated by Laidley, even if not by you. Must admit to not seeing enough of him to make a call either way.

One can only assume they have tested the waters and got no responses for this years trade period. They must know with reasonable certainty that no other club will want to trade for him, otherwise they would retain him until after trade week.

Does this count as a delisting?

Question for Dutchy,

Im led to believe the Kanga's have a very high opinion of young Ed Lower, what was his form like this year and if good, would the Roo's be tempted to go after his brother Nick who wouldn't cost too much (you wouldn't think)?

Yes he has been a regular the last 5-6 weeks after not getting a game earlier, but was horriblely exposed in the final...fumble fumble fumble....him and Leigh Brown are not liked by 90% of Roo fans and shake our heads why they continually get games

he has only played 3-4 games but been good from what I have seen, kicked the winning goal in one game (cant remember which one) he has suffered from a short injury list and good form of the best 22 to get a regular crack but would certianly be one for the next few years....dont knwo much about Nick but the little ive seen he seems a very similar player?

This is one reason why I think Sansbury might be cut, as I would much rather see Lower, Adams, Thomas, Campbell, Grima given the opportunity over Sansbury who is never going to win a flag for us...

Cheers mate ... Nick and Ed are twins with the main difference being one is left sided and one right ... Both hardnuts ... Nick's kicking a little wayward at times, not sure if Ed suffers from the same problem.

Cetainly the delisting makes senses as you've explained it and why wouldn't you want to get more game time into those kids you've mentioned.

I'm not sure those other blokes are going to win you a flag either.

What exactly is the reason why you think Sansbury may be cut? I couldn't work it out from your post. Had a great game in Round 22, so it would be a strange decision to be on your way out after a poor final or two.

20 games in 4 years for a start and turning 25, all Im saying is he is taking up the spot on a list of a younger more promising player...
