Pakis win 4 down with 5 balls to spare. Good chase and quite rightfully the Poms would be getting nervous

Good game of cricket, Babar all class, Pakistan batted without risk and timed their chase well

Pakis have Afghanistan next then the Bangers.

Poms really need to win both of their remaining matches now

I would love to see the Poms miss out and Pakistan sneak into the top 4. How good would an India v Pakistan and Australia v NZ Semi Final setup be?

Muhammad Ali lighting the torch at the 1996 Summer Olympics opening ceremony was watched by 3.5 billion people.
I'd classify that as sport.

After that, I recon Soccer world cup finals would be up there too.

Anyone got the viewing figures for the India v Pakistan World Championship of Cricket Final from the MCG in March 1985?

Would need to count number of people around each TV not just individual sets....

;)

How good was that.. Cathy Freeman in 2000 was better though.. 1992 close behind.

Funnily enough, that 400m call at the end is literally the same as Bruce's call during the games.

92 - Didn’t the bloke shoot the arrow 25 metres over the top of the torch?

The amazing Pakistan 1992 win loss similarity to 2019 continues after 7 games
The sequence is now the same for both campaigns
L/W/RAIN OUT /L/L/W/W
Pakistan continued to win in 1992 and won the World Cup
If they make finals somehow in 2019 they need to win 2 more qualifiers and 2 finals, to win the 2019 title
