Except for the visiting change rooms being 2 good screw punts away from the oval and the awesome cold shower after the game.....
Nice oval though

It wouldn't be too hard to improve on the last time we were there, all you could get was a packet of chips that day. :?

I see Caleb Burgoyne played in the B grade for Smithfield Saturday - how did he go?

Interesting to see Dempsey Kelly named in the B grade as well - probably Smithfield's best A grade midfielder.. imagine he would've chopped up in that grade.

Well Bedge has the bbq's covered so I don't want to go treading on his toes, although he has been a bit quieter this year and when I'm at a ground from 9:30ish to 4:30, the bbq can wear a bit thin after a while and I love a good local bakery pie or a good hot dog. =P~

It's been a tough gig this year finding the time to get across to the BBQs/Canteens.. Certainly looking forward to the trek out to Rosewater this week though - highly rate their canteen facilities, wonderful range of options and the ladies working in there are generally very nice (might be different now i'm wearing a PFC top though).

Still have Salisbury and Hope Valley to close out the season and they're always top quality.

There are going to be some absolute swimming pools around the traps today. Ours will have some heavy spots but the good thing is that it recovers very quickly. Some grounds today not just in this division will be a train wreck. We could see some upsets today.

I’m praying for a phone call to say our games been washed out and I can stay home... :D

... more likely to get calls from players saying they can’t play coz it’s too wet though :(

Salisbury well on their way to knocking off Kenilworth. Salisbury’s wet weather footy and desire to get to the contest has been outstanding.

Absolutely. Not a good day for us at all, take nothing away from Salisbury- Very very tough win and did it easily in the end.
