Went to Port Burger on the weekend, absolutely amazing. They have quite a few different burgers to choose from, I went with the PB Twin Beef & Bacon. Patties are cooked to perfection a nice crust on it with charry bits on the outside that are just crunchy heavenly goodness. Relish adds a lovely sweet flavour that goes well with the salty bacon.
They've got a great selection of beers too, lots of local beers like Big Shed and Swell.
My favourite burger place in Adelaide was 127 Days I think this may have overtaken it. If you haven't been do yourself a favour and get down there.

Yes, drive past it regularly haven't tried it yet, is it more of a take away place? Is there any places to sit down and eat like Fudd's?

They've got 4 or 5 tables inside and a grassed area to the side with bean bags and little tables, it's quite nice outside when the sun is out. They've also got a sandpit and a few toys for the kids.

Have they still got the shipping container?

They are doing Burgers at Whistler Wines in the Barossa starting this weekend and all through July. 12-4pm
Supercoach Spring Racing Champion 2019 Spargo's Good Friday Cup Champion 2020
Went to a 21st at the Wakefield Hotel on Saturday night. If you're looking for a CBD venue for a show with 80-120 people then I'd suggest you go and check it out. Classic old city pub, well renovated upstairs, good drink prices and it's a Coopers pub. ( I'm pretty sure the young lad didn't know how to ring up a double Jacks and Dry - $12!! )
With a distinct lack of good pubs down south we decided to travel a bit and went to the newly renovated Morphy Arms last week, they have done it superbly.
Went into the more formal dining area and we both ordered 2 steaks which were reasonably priced at $26, cooked perfectly and I have had worse steaks where I have paid $40+, their salad/veg bar is the best I have ever encountered, the chefs actually puts some love and care into what is presented for the punters, They come and take your order at your table as well as arrange your drinks, its in the book also.
A very pleasant feed and great atmosphere, check it out!

Great pub. We’re regulars there.
Salad/veg is the best I’ve had as well. I don’t even have to make the kids eat their veg there as they actually really like it.
Same owners as the warradale so theirs is very good as well.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Must have been hungry to order 4 steaks between the two of you
Had another enjoyable evening at the weekly quiz at the Big Shed Brewing Concern last night. It's a quirky and entertaining quiz, well run and good fun. They give away a few jugs of beer as prizes and there's a weekly Cash Jackpot amount one lucky punter gets to have a crack at. Highly recommend it, in fact maybe we should get an SAFooty crew together one Wed evening for it?
Just to keep this as a legitimate review, for grub we had:
Missus - Big Shed burger with Fries $14 8yr old mini-JK - Nuggets and Chips $F Nose Myself - Cheeseburger w/ Fries $13
Missus isn't a big burger fan but she enjoyed hers, I enjoyed mine, little fella's was a bit so-so. All the deep fried stuff actually tasted that way, but the burgers were great. If you're into grilled and/or fried American fast food, you should be right with this. Washing it down with a great selection of Bevvy options is the definite kicker.
