Stop being so honourable and dig the boots in
We've certainly had the problem in our lowest grades (E and D grade spring to mind) and the odd bloke in the C grade who doesnt want to/ cant train so wont get picked higher even when he has all the talent in the world. But for it to happen in your B grade is pretty baffling.

Particularly baffling for it to happen when the senior grade is struggling, and there only is a reserve grade.
Not uncommon to sacrifice a reserve grade for a c grade, or a c grade for a d grade. But chucking the senior side into relegation territory is nuts.
Didn't CBCOC (or was it Pultney?) have a few years of reserves premierships and senior wooden spoons recently?

I was more surprised about getting paid by B grade coach to stay down, every club has some glory hunters that put themselves ahead of the club.

Quick question, when Hope Valley play Lockleys do clubs wear clash jumpers or is the clash not too bad?

Athelstone played Elizabeth in an under 13 game last year and Elizabeth had to wear a clash guernsey, the one they were issued with was the old CDJFL association guernsey, blue, white and a splash of red.

Thanks for info, we have a junior game with HV coming up and wondering if we need to arrange for clash jumpers or not. Definitely need them against Locks and EP.

Why do Athelstone wear white shorts at home? Doesn't make it easy when the away team wears them also
