I was wondering why wubbsy was so sure sydney would recover quickly from their form slump - now it makes sense, Harry Cunningham is on the way back!

A 72 year premiership drought would suggest that when you are bad, you're pretty good at consistently being bad too

Sydney started in 1982.

What's actually wrong with Buddy that he can only train for 20 minutes a week for the last two years?

Late 90's.
Listen to the "Converstion with Cornsey" podcast, the one with Ray McLean from Leading Teams, he talks about setting up the "Bloods" culture with Stuart Maxfield and several others at the club at the time. Only listened to the chat on my walk yesterday afternoon, really interesting one.
So too was the Ryan Fitzgerald one, by the way.

We’ve won the same amount of flags since we’ve been both been in the comp the same amount of time
Without a 1 million dollar advantage

Well we at least earned our home finals the years we won a flag.

REB endorses this post. Not sure why we had to go to Football Park in 1997 when we finished above the Crows on the ladder. That was a death sentence for us that year.
