I would not be surprised if Power players are allowed to play this week in the SANFL. As the Power are still in the finals, surely they will be allowed to give players a run in the SANFL if they deem it will be beneficial for them? However I would be very surprised if they gave many, if any, a run.

Christ I forgot about Perrie.

Bit hard to fix Damon White, Ian Perrie, Michael Wundke, Nick Gill and Clinton Alleway in the same side.
Perrie could be handy at CHF for our reserves.

Can someone please tell me why the dogs were scheduled the bye in the last round

surely the dogs were every chance to finish top 3, even minor premiers, why did the league not schedule West, Norwood or South with the last round bye, no disrespect to those clubs however they were moreunlikely to finish top

I don't believe the Crows will release either Gill or McGreggor to play finals

kenny will play & i think you'll find that he wont be a crow for much longer as for nick gill he should play but i fear that sd is right they wont want to risk him, which is unfair to north
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

I would have thought only players like Douglas who didn't play for the Cows would be eligible next week?

Mcgregor like Gill both played there minimum qualification so they both would be elegible.

I think you'll find they will allow kenny to play as they will be keeping a close eye on him in regards to next season. He showed enough in the elimination final yesterday and his form in sanfl has been good enough to suggest they'll run another season with him on the list.

One thing is to be Eligible the other is whether the crows will release the players

I would expect both Douglas and Griffen to be released as their development would benefit from the experience

However McGregor and Gill may be a total different story

Gill will be very important for the crows next year, the crows may want to rest him to enable him to start pre-season with the main group and to set Gill for a huge pre-season

McGregor, if Kenny is being considered for a trade, the crows may want to protect their trade bait

I would not be shocked if Gill and Kenny are not released to play finals

It could be said that all CROWS listed players may not play next week .Just depends on how the crows are feeling on the day.

For the same reason that the SANFL hierachy wanted to meet with the CDFC to discuss ways that The Club could be "less dominant"!

Fuller might have been trying to put some pressure on the crows heirachy, but I expect any players who are fully fit to play finals in the SANFL.

PAP players can't play SANFL if they played AFL last week unless they get a clearance from the SANFL but no player I can think of would have the grounds to play on a special clearance this week.

Fuller also mentioned it in his post-match interview on ABC - the Crows had only been finished for 15 minutes at that stage. It seemed he had been pre-informed by the Crows during the week.

Mattner is down for 4 games for Sturt ???

Traveling as an emegency and not playing AwFuL counts as a SANFL game as far as qualifying for finals is concerned, I think he may have also played ressies for the bottom side when Sturt had the bye which also counts as a SANFL game.

Agree with Grahaml - This seemed like a preemptive strategy by Ronny and a pretty good one too.

I have my doubts DeLuca will line up for Sturt since Brogan is injured. They could very well save him up as an extra option. Normally no great loss, but without Feast too we would be in serious trouble.
