Day 21, not much has been said around the place but there must be some movement at the station.
The domino effect is beginning to take place, there is generally 7 people that work in our vicinity, with the chopping and changing going on, the lack of communication within and the annual leave booked ahead of us, this whole area is going to implode, my closest colleague here has been used to fill gaps and she lost her shit at me yesterday and we're usually very united.
Unfortunately it needs to fall down to be fixed long term, between the 7 of it's a 5/2 split as far as who our manager is and both managers see things entirely different, I've worked under both in the past few years despite being in the same role.
