That’s interesting as Mrs C was asked yesterday by her sister to go on a trip to China with her in May! Must be some deals in around that time maybe? The idea was the girls are going to play travel guide to their parents. Father in law turns 80 next year, and other than going on a cruise once, has never left the country!

Our's is a 12 day tour which includes return airfares with Qantas, 11 nights 4 star accommodation, all breakfasts included and one dinner for $1,350.00 each. That was with an upgrade for an extra day and two trips on the bullet train. Cheap as buggery I thought.

All good, but I believe it’s Un-Australian to cook meat on a BBQ without adequate supervision and a beer or 2 on the go. It’s Monday night she said... it’s a BBQ I said, and a small price to pay for perfection!
Anyone else struggle to light a BBQ and not have a beer?

I find it impossible.

I’m normally double figures before I even entertain the idea of lighting it!

The wife can't fathom why I can't not stand there watching a spit roast for it's entirety with beer in hand.
