Just my opinion/feeling, am in no way having a go at those who do and am always very happy to serve those at my pub that use them.

Calamari snitty- Unreal how good this was, at only $18 it was golden brown yet the squid was beautiful not chewy one bit. The Mrs had a chicken Parmy (Who eats a Parmy at a sea side town?the mother in law at the special of the day (fish and Chips) which looked great and she loved. The kids had nuggets and chips, we also shared a Medium Garlic Pizza.
4x West End cans, 4x House whites and 2x kids drinks.
$92
Value- 9/10
Food- 9.5/10
Service- 10/10
Young lass behind the bar couldn't be more friendly (well after giving me shit about west end, she even busted out the old Do people still drink that!) she took the kids out the front to see the dog and was fantastic with them

Walked in to be greeted by one of the lovely daughters of thebowners "where have you been?, its been so long!" With a big smile, And immediately felt like I was reliving school years being disciplined.... not sure how long its been, but only a few months id say.
But its a family restaurant and they always remember you, which adds to the appeal. The staff are attentive, friendly, service is spot on.
So i shared the seafood platter $60.
Salmon, fish, calamari, garlic prawns, loads of chips and a salad. Its probably my fav item on the menu, and again superb.
SIL - chicken schnit (only ever eats this when going out) with a red wine gravy and loved it.
Mrs got a schnit burger and again no complaints
BIL went the Boony burger, beef burger and enjoyed it.
Not sure the cost all up, i didnt pay and was 9 beers deep....
But I've said it before, and I'll say it again, its a brilliant restaurant. You won't be disappointed
