Carr said it wasnt tropiano who supposedly didnt read the board, he was meant to be on. So they knew he wasnt down getting treatment or being tested, as discussed by some.
I thought the below from the judge was interesting;
"Their various explanations as to how this
came about were unsatisfactory and confusing; however, I find that the decision that they indulged in was
