Could the good support for GF’s at PNU & St Mary’s also he attributed to being bit more “local” to the clubs playing, instead of the opposite side of town?

Nice weather, and a couple of clubs having two sides make it all combined to make it a perfect storm. League would be rapt.

And well done to host clubs. Plenty of volunteers needed when your own club isn’t involved. St Mary’s Park is a big asset to the league for neutral finals and GFs. Well done to Schultzy, Timmy and the rest of the Kenilworth gang for another successful day.

I reckon the Houghton faithful travelled in good numbers for the early game at St Mary's as well

It lives!
Congratulations my friend, you're the only undefeated coach in the league (possibly until this weekend) so enjoy!

I think a lot of the praise needs to go to their media manager, B4E, he orchestrated the media content so brilliantly this year, and played it cool at the last minute, just enough to get under the radar on Friday night.

Re: Adelaide Footy League Division 7 - 2018
was just looking at Wades goal kicking tally which states 109 goals kicked over 22 games
# firstly his list states 21 games played
# secondly hes been listed as playing crabs twice in 1 game, and a total of 26 goals?
# that means only 20 games played really
# thirdly the total goals in the listed 21 games is 106 not 109
# fourthly if you subtract the error of 13 goals listed twice, then hes only kicked 93 goals
didnt kick 100 at all lol
no im not bored af lol

Thanks mate mind you with work this year being hectic for me I’ve done stuff all this year. These days take a lot of planning in particular from Schulzy, Ric, Barry my parents and Megan who is as good a volunteer that any club in S.A. has. It’s a good day to be involved in and the clubs players and coaching staff both male and female supported us well.
Once the club upgrades are completed and hopefully the upgraded lighting goes up also then St.Marys Park would be as good as any local footy venue in S.A.
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

Was a massive crowd in. Kenilworth did well as hosts.
Think the massive crowd due to the size of both clubs involved. They are so much bigger than their counterparts in Div 7 and in fairness probably should have started in Div 6. Think both clubs will go close to winning finals in Div 6 next year if they maintain their lists.

I reckon only 1 club has a real chance of going further next year. And after witnessing how they played against us and against Lonsdale in the A's. I reckon Marion have what it means to push up into higher grades.

What would be the rough average age of OSB? Look like they have a fair few guys who are either 30+ or lived a tough life.

It'll be interesting to see how they go, traditionally the gap between D6 and D7 has been huge, and not many sides who come up have a massive impact first year - usually finish mid table.
Off the top of my head Smithfield would be the most recent club to play finals first year after coming up, back in 2015 on their rampage from D7 to D4 in successive seasons.

I think Marion are a club that could attract players pretty easily as they climb the divisions. A club like that should be playing Div4 minimum I reckon.

BOS have done it. We won the flag in 07 after they came up from Div 7

Will be interesting, although having nearby neighbours of Edwardstown, Plympton, Brighton and Morphie Parks who are already in higher div's will make it hard IMO.

With the setup they got I reckon Marion would have the best setup of the two.

Trinno must be close to 45 now. He was called Fos when he played at Paskeville and that was 5 or 6 years ago.
