Went for a carton of stout yesterday at Dans, noticed the old Metala shiraz/cab blend on special at $10. Opened it with the bride with a bit of cheese and metwurst, good drinking. Will be an early finish, a second awaits.

Mornington Lager - german styled beer.

Reminds me of the imported Stella. Has a twang to it whereas the Aus brewed Stella is lolly water

Dans $27 for 6 pack Guinness and 6 pack of Kronenburg 1664 blanc...which now has only 2 left. Just slides down beautifully.

No better than it does in a bottle is my guess.

I didn't like the canned Carona's, picked up a 10 pack on special one day and tasted nothing like the bottled version.

You can sneak cans into SANFL games, hence the interest.
No need at Norwood though.

I don't mind it but I reckon it will be better when you've pulled it out of an icy slurry around a BBQ in summer than over the bar during winter.

I'm currently working my way through a U Brew It version of the Sierra Nevada, called the Cisco Kid, but with an amber twist to it for the cooler winter months. Delicious.
