Looks like Arren Harvey will go to great lengths not to have to suit up against Hope Valley  ;)

He's the forgotten man, after the other suspensions from last week, most notably of which two ex-AFL players were suspended

Nah, he's the forgotten man because he's only played 3 games this season, not because his suspension. ;)

Definitely not playing at CBC. Is a very important part of our team at the Eags.

Tipping a little tougher this week.

* Heccies admirable last week. Woody South without Sumner. This is going to be closer than many think I suspect.
* CBCOC and Pultney will be very tight.
* Farmers and Smithfield flip the coin.
* Tough gig for us today against a team that have had a pretty strong record against us. Reckon I can only remember us winning once in the A’s there and that was because Moser won the game single handedly.
* Hope Valley and Lockleys.... I tipped 40+ but it would not shock me to see this under 2 kicks.

Cheers to Blackfriars yesterday. Hope Scaffidi-Muta's injury was more a precaution and he's back up and running soon.

Thought players from both sides handled some at times pretty baffling and inconsistent decisions yesterday pretty well. Seen games like that spill over and become very heated. All the best for the remainder of the year.

How does ‘Attempting to strike’ get categorised as 2 games suspension but ‘striking’ only get 1 game suspension? Even if impact was low and deemed reckless, isn’t the act worse than attempting to do it?

hes a fifo player..great to see him come back out this year, to good for C grade so we gave him a run in the reserves and he was able to produce the same results..got a great balk and finds the pill real easy..happy with his progression mate..

fwiw HVFC were excellent in all grades saturday..played some great footy in the A grade..we knew they were much improved just going on the WSFC result the week before..i would expect them to be very, very competitive this week v BOSFC who, like most clubs right now, are suffering from a build up of "outs"..

Good to hear, I can't see him changing jobs/lifestyle any time soon either so at least he's involved in the game with you guys in the interim, he doesn't mind traveling the world during our winter usually.
