To lose one player to a hamstring is unfortunate, to lose six is.....

We’ve definitely had an excellent run with injuries the past couple of years so I don’t know whether they changed much or whether this is just our turn for bad luck

Eight mate...eight. Get it right.

Must be hard following a team with all those injuries and still finding a way to win each week.

I’d like just one **** win!! ;)
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Burton comes in, Poulos goes out, Burton's protege from Brisbane comes in nekminit...
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Gibson doesn't miss a game in 6 years, comes to the Crows and does his hammy, twice.

Brisbane’s soft tissue injuries were shocking to under that regime too

That's because he's never had to train that hard at North Melbourne to get a game ;)

I think the days of sacking coaches is finished. I think ending them up at the end of their contract will still occur but 'sacking' is overrated.

Coaches may leave for indiscretions (like Lyon) perhaps.

In saying that, how the hell can anyone in the media say Bolton is under pressure and keep a straight face?

Giving away Gibbs for draft picks was always going to set us backward in the long term plan, so why start the panic now?

Oh, yeh, nothing else to write about!

I agree Bolton isn't exactly under pressure at the moment, but SOS sure is. He's been given enough time to build the list, you've turned over pretty much a full list ( 42 ) in 3 years, he's got his squad assembled and now Bolton has, IMO, 2 years to ( 19/20 ) to have the side competing at a level the supporters can accept. Right now they can't be happy with what they're seeing.

A bit like GC/GWS had some grace for a year or two as they built up the group and Bolton has had last year and this year to get the group together and I think next year he's going to need to delivery 6-8 wins with some decent game style to avoid the spotlight.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

What? He's brought kids in at the request of the club. And I think he's done a good job too.

Absolutely he's followed direction and IMO the right one, but what if he's picked the wrong ones?

We don't know yet, do we?

Wasn't there a lot of hammy and soft tissue injuries at the Bombers when they were on their drug regime? :P

No, that's right. So what grounds are you sacking SOS upon again?

Fremantle coach Ross Lyon’s job is in jeopardy tonight, according to AFL 360’s Gerard Whateley with another complaint made to the club, reportedly involving the Dockers coach.

The club has referred the complaint to the AFL Integrity Unit.

Hahaha....

He could still be a decent player but as we've all said he is playing in our forward line.

He was pick 50 odd so never a star.

His brothers are apparently pretty good though.
