Does the traffic part when you enter the roadways to allow you a clear run to your destination?

I wish, it's hell during the days with the amount of old people, trucks and women on the road.
But having said that, everything is close-by and its my choice to shop at the Brickworks and not at Welland which is quicker and easier to get to.

PS Just did the weekly shopping and it came under $50, would have been a lot less if my missus didn't drink coffee! That cost $16 alone!

How hard is it to throw every sort of bottle and other recyclables into it?

Yeah, but so do I.

I got my normal bins tucked away around the side of the house but I use a yellow lidded bin for bottles and red lidded bin for cans complete with bug plastic liners in them, these are placed next to where all the glass bottles are placed into cartons and sealed once each carton is filled.

I seen him doing it early and insisted that I will sort it out and he can just sit there and enjoy the night, my can bin was putrid in the morning, had to tip it all out and squirt all the cans down.

Happened with last lot of Victorians too, we have more coming for the Easter break, time to put big labels up!

I have an extra bin where we chuck all 10c cans and bottles into.

You seperate your bottles from your cans?
You know they’re worth the same right? ;)

3 bags hanging on the wall in the shed clearly labeled "plastics lid off", "Cans crushed" and "glass". You think the other 3 in my place can follow the clear instructions? No. They can't.

Absolutely I do, means I spend less time at the recycling depot when I do go and the bloke and his Mrs go out of their way to help me as they know I've helped them.

I go hardly anywhere as much as I used to before I started the U Brew It / reusing the bottles for my beer process.

Mate, I can go in there and tell them $115 and they'd give it to me, they love me being organised as it makes their job easier, most of the joints are crooks and rip you off blindly, especially if they have to remove lids and sort extra crap.

Yep, same here - lids off plastics, glass separated into clear, brown. & green, beer/cider cans separated from soft drinks. Back in their original cartons or in tubs/bags of 50 & 100.

Yeah I make sure all lids are off etc but I don’t have time to seperate them, plus I wouldn’t want to do the Power numpty fan who works at the bottle o out of a job.

My job is safe as houses, I can flick a bottle top 20 metres and land it in the bin.

I had already established that, I just don't like fishing out food scraps when I've already pointed out that the bins are for cans and I don't mind tidying up as we go.

Ha, wait until your kids reach drinking age & they have ''gaths'' at your joint, will make your Victorians look like kesab moniters

Bingo on all accounts, I get someone from our design area to make me up replica cartons to re-stack in pending on what's been getting consumed at home.
We make all types of beer and cider cartons so they just keep them on file and make sample cartons upon request, keeps it all tidy at home.

Had one last month and once I booted everyone out at midnight all the girls began to tidy up using the wrong bins, I couldn't bring myself to tell them they were doing it all wrong as the place was cleaned up spotless in about 10 minutes.

Clear cider ones go in with the clear beer ones etc.

I apologised last time that there were about 15 plastic shooter glasses in with the cans only to find out that they are worth 10 cents too, we tossed out at least 200 of them.

In a word, no. You have to be better than that in your own home with your kids friends, you just have to.
