Some amazing numbers there, Allan Donald was probably my fave but I always had to pick Shaun Pollock in team when playing the playstation.
With Morkel and his attributes (mainly height and pace) I've always felt like he could of been a bit better than what his career numbers show. It never felt like he could run through batting line ups, only the seven five wicket hauls are a reflection of that but nevertheless he has been a great foil for Dale Steyn.
And with Steyn, much to my disappointment, I don't think we'll see much more of him now with the injuries he's had of late. An absolute freak with incredible numbers that was on track to be up there with and possibly better than McGrath and rival Richard Hadlee in wickets per test match.
I thought he must've retired because the other 3 that are playing had their names highlighted on the espncricinfo website.

The highlight indicates records entered within the last week, or failing that, the most recent entry so since Steyn hasn't played since the first test against India he is not highlighted.

Im amazed south africa are preparing slow pitches, seems very negative. Personally i think it suits australia more as starc, hazlewood and cummins are dangerous on any pitch where as i think it may negate philander and ngidi to a certain extent. Plus lyon is a fantastic spinner so the slower decks may help him get some turn. I think Australias batting will do well on slow pitches, Australias batting struggles when the ball moves so to not produce greener wickets seems bizarre. To me this showns signs of being scared and not backing yourself in, something SA do frequently against australia.
3-1? Geez, I'm not as confident as you BB! Looking forward to tomorrow. Both teams obviously have good pace attacks and while Maharaj has come along way, Lyon is definitely our trump card.
Will be interesting to see how the Aussie top order will negate Philander and if our quicks try to rough up the SA batsman, de Villiers in particular. Same with Rabada against out batsman, he has to keep his mouth shut too or he'll risk suspension. Hazelwood has the wood over Amla and hopefully that can continue.
Brilliant news, get the old bluetooth playing through the car radio. Driving around is a lot more desirable when listening to test cricket.
Wish we had still SEN here.
been loving the podcast of whateley's morning show (though it hasnt been updating due to him being in SA, and i havent gone to the main SEN feed to bother with Kane Cornes)
Not sure if the first session will be available to listen to on the net as the Footy is on and they are broadcasting on a “sister station “ called Classic Rock
I cannot find a link for that

White Line Wireless will be doing the full commentary. I listened to them when we played India last year as I was also overseas at the time. It's a bit different to traditional coverage but that is not necessarily a bad thing either.

If you know someone with Foxtel, just download the Foxtel App and you should be able to log in under their account and watch it live. Doesn't cost them any extra
So you've seen everything have you? Yep Have you ever seen a man eat his own head? No Well you haven't seen everything then have you.
I watched a small test preview video on the Cricket App earlier and CA journalist Callum Kanoniuk said that the SEN radio coverage will be carried through the CA website/CA app. That's very handy.
