Yes I was watching and barracking for a narrow WCE victory to help out the Crows but not block out completely Port's shot at second. [SA first!]

Incidentally, I had wondered why I tend to barrack against St Kilda, and I've finally worked it out - all those little sly punches to the gut, kidneys, or rib cage, at every opportunity - reminiscent of Brisbane at their peak. I must have picked it up subliminally in the past and reacted to it.
EPIGENETICS - Lamarck was right!

Radar 38 touches was an outstanding game

Macca was fantastic again

Rutten beat Brown in most of the one on one battles

Anyone who thinks Adelaide are a chance obviously didn't see Sydney v Collingwood tonight....

Not saying Adelaide can't win (and I already have my tickets to go!!) BUT it's near impossible to beat 21 men, especially when 3 of them have whistles...
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

The game wasn't the most exciting to watch, but don't see why the crows can't win next week. What are you basing your thoughts on Dutchy. Untill this week, collingwood havn't been in the best form????????

yeah fair enough, probably tired comment, will have a close look at the Collingwood game during the week to decide, Crows have the dreaded back to back 6 day breaks leading into FNF, not a good preparation

Agree with all sentiments, poor game of footy really, i feel pretty good bout the crows chances this week coming though- Hate to say it because I was a massive doubter of him but i thoughtscott stevens was excellent tonight- mcleod is an absolute superstar- a heavy tag by the sherminator but made him look like a child- vintage #23

Collingwood may be without Rocca
History shows, the Pies really struggle if Rocca does not kick his 3 or 4, the Pies second half of the year has been very inconsistent, win, loss, win, loss sort of stuff...

One BIG positive for the Pies is the return of Rusling, I would love to see this Kid in a crows jumper

On the crows, i thought our pressure was fantastic last night and we should of won by 8 goals, however once again we wasted numerous chances

Goodwin, Radar, Macca, Proplyzia, Edwards and Van Berlo all look in good form at the right time of the year

Special mention to the TRUCK, I read so many post during the week saying Truck is under done and Brown will be the difference, obviously it did not pan out that way, so all credit to the Truck

Better the better sides has not been an issue, we beat Port twice, Kanga's, Sydney and Hawthorn, but lost to Melbourne, Freo and Essendon twice

The crows have a good record at the TD, have players in form and everything to play for.

media reports this morning claim that Rusling and Thomas may miss, potentially the Pies forward line may be missing Rocca, Rusling and Thomas, this will do the crows chances no harm at all

Good win, but the job is not done yet, hopefully the boys can get over the line next week and attack the finals with a nothing to lose mentality :D
