The husband and wife team decided to open a community based shop after finding out their elderly neighbor had passed away and they hadn't even noticed he had gone, such was the pace they were leading their lives at, like most of us I guess.
With backing from the State Government Small Business Development Fund and the PAFC ( carn the Pear! ) they opened up the day after Australia Day and look to be going gang busters in the morning coffee trade.
They could make the coffee a little stronger, I'll work on them over the next few weeks.

Nothing worse than weak coffee...that's why when I order my coffee its "medium flat white with an additional shot to what you normally make it"
Response usually is "But we already put 2 shots in". Yes love, now put a f..king third shot in ffs....

I had never seen it before and accidentally gave it to someone who asked for a coke zero and they almost exploded.

The Mrs drinks it with vodka. Tastes a bit like espresso martinis apparently.

Wouldn't that mean yours isn't the best and instant is?

Sorry, I wasn't clear. My coffee out of a proper machine is god awful but the missus swears the instant coffee I make for her is the best. I'm sure she goes overboard in the praise just so she doesn't have to get out of bed on the weekends and make it herself though.
Mind you one lady last night at the pub asked for just hot water in a mug, I did that out of the proper coffee machine and apparently I did that OK.
