And Pokémon Go

Nah I didn't get into that.

I did however have a Nintendo Switch delivered to my desk today 8)

I thought you use to cruise around Semaphore?

Nah I tried it out for a bit but lost interest really quickly. Never actually left the house for the purpose of Pokemon Go.

I do play the Pokemon Trading Card Online game though. That's good.

The first one I did was a Dr Pepper Beef jerky.

Considering it was my first attempt, I thought it probably might taste like shit, but its actually pretty good. Some pieces are a bit saltier than the others, but overall, I'm happy with the outcome.

I made about 300g worth, ready about 4pm yesterday. About 30g left. I like jerky.

And its so easy to make!!

I might do another one over the next two days. Instead of 300g I reckon I could get about 1200g in.

Gonna try a different flavour.
It gets addictive!!!

It’s currently a pleasant 25 degrees in down town Stansbury with a gentle sea breeze.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go & get some butter from shop (which happens to be approximately 43 metres from the Dalrymple Hotel)... ;)

I’ve already advised her that this is “peak time” at the supermarket & it may take longer than expected...

Yes well known fact that Stansbury Supermarkets at peak times could be an overnighter. She had better brace her self for that.

Sorry, I meant the publican there at the time - surname was Mills (but I’m sure the Peters girl was a good sort).

Enjoy mate, Stansbury is probably my favourite place on Yorkes with maybe the exception of the foot. Spent so much time there as a kid in the caravan park.

The new brewery open in Minlaton is worth a look, in a tin shed but nice inside and quite liked the beers on offer, can take your own food

3:30, absolutely it's peak time, you've not got long to pick a treble out!

Was planning on going but decided against it, I've got the Greenday Musical this weekend, Hotter than Hell ( Grinspoon, Spiderbait ) next weekend and a full calendar the following two weekends.

Mate won 2 tickets on MMM so his Mrs and my Mrs are going, the fact we saw them only a couple of years ago means I'm not too disappointed to not be going tonight....until the girls go and get on the train that is.
