Mine is:

Favs -
Burger Theory
Nordburger
Chuck Wagon
Barrys
Burger Boss
127 Days

Worst -
Bad Boy Burger Bar (never go there)

Agreed about Bad Boy, I live a 5 min walk from the place and don't rate them although it is handy they have gluten free buns.
My favourite burgers are actually home made using Woolworth's patties and my 2nd fav is the chicken shop on Grange Rd, Welland.
Out of those mentioned I do like Nordburger more than most.
We have a plethora of burger joints around here. I'd rate a decent whopper from Hungry Jacks better than most "gourmet" burger joints.

Carls Jnr at Kilburn let me down the other night. Lots of hype, but it was just expensive HJs.

I do want to try their chicken burgers before I write them off though.

I gave them a second chance and two bites in decided that was it. We were over!

My cousin lives on East Avenue and we ate at Bad Boy once. I didn't mind it.

It's awful.
Having said that I still have got meals there a dozen times as its the closest eatery to my joint and I'm lazy (and I know I can get a gluten free meal for my missus there) .

Amazing!

They stayed open for a group of us after a football meeting. They were supposed to close at 9pm, but we got there about 8.50pm and ordered up a storm.

I think we ended up leaving about 9.45pm.

The burgers were amazing. Two of our guys had the 5 patty challenge burger.

The fries were good. I tried plain fries, and someone elses jalapeno fries. Both delicious.

For a big burger, fries and medium drink, mine was $22.50. 100% worth it.

Is that the one near Parkholme Shopping Centre?

I went to Sabroso Burgers last Monday before heading down the road to U brew It. Tasty burger and prices are good.

Got a burger, chips and a can of Coke for $10.00.

Agree mate. Been here before (not far from home) and rate it highly.
It's a tad expensive for burger and fries though IMO but it does taste better than the fast food type outlets so take the good with the bad

Yeah we were saying afterwards its more of a treat than a regular thing.

Most of the really dirty burgers are. 127 Days being the top of the carnivores treat list, couldn't knock one of them down very often. Fatty pig after one of them.

In order :

Nordburger
127 Days
Relish'd Burger Bar
Burganomix

Nordburger, named after the Grog Squad member?

Must be a Tanunda thing - I went to Tanunda Hotel a couple of weeks back - food was pretty average and cost me $90 for 3 meals and a soft drink each.

Thats the Barossa for you. When the same bloke owns 5 out of the 7 pubs in the 3 main towns you get no competition and he can charge what he likes.

Also a touristy area so there is going to be a surcharge for that.

I would rarely eat at the pubs in the Barossa. Some of the other restaurants are expensive but at least it’s quality. The pubs are ok but not for the price

I remember going to bad boy when they first opened and thought it was decent but they've really gone down hill they are on my banned list even if they are around the corner.

I rate 127 days the best burgers in Adelaide, followed by Nordburger then Burger Boss taking the bronze.

The burgers are better at Fudd's.
