Can't blame Ah Chee for going, and can't blame Trengove either.

Ah Chee would be a good get for West Coast.

Thick as thieves since Impey's old man passed away, wouldn't surprise me if they had.

You guys would know more but was mentioned on radio that Jackson promised him he would look after him after the death of his father. Seems like a pretty good bloke and a good mate

Ah Chee and Young are no great loss, couldn't get in the side at the end of the season and both have had enough chances to cement a spot if they were good enough. Reminds me of Andrew Moore who went to Richmond, fringe players looking for more opportunity elsewhere, probably at clubs below Port on the ladder or in their home state.

Feel for Trengove, he's made Port Adelaide a better place with his presence, unfortunately for him while he was rucking for a year some younger blokes with better foot skills over took him in the key defensive posts.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

It's definitely not "nothing". I'm pretty ******* pissed off with him actually and I would like the club to suspend him for at least a couple of home and away matches for sheer stupidity, even if the law slaps him on the wrist.

but...

There were suggestions of career over and jail time. So some perspective was required.

Have no issue with any of Young, Ah Chee or Trengove wanting out. In fact its probably the perfect way to cut ties. Them wanting more opportunity. Especially if that creates some room to chase other recruits that will make the 22 better.

The only one that I worry about biting us is Ah Chee. He has some weapons that kid and still think he could be a Kennedy type mid.

Exactly.
I can't remember the last time I got arrested for assaulting or hindering police........... then again I can't remember fleeing the scene of a crash p*ssed as a fart either.

The club needs to make a serious statement with this one....... they effed up the Impey one they can't make the same mistake twice.

Geez your a hypocrite Booney - I draw your attention back to after the first final when your beloved Chokers remained in insignificance. I thought at the time it was an entirely appropriate and extremely sensible point. turns out it was all talk.... or?

For me, glass half full. It's only football.

We lost a football match, last week some parents lost their daughter at her own hands because of the impact of on line bullying. Perspective in times like this.
