Yeah, top three sides are very handy, standard falls away a bit after that, most sides have a handful of very good players and the bottom three players or so in the lower sides tend to be strugglers making up the numbers.

I've met a few of the Sevenhill lads and they seem like a good bunch, imjust excited to be paying different blokes every week

Expect Lower North, Brinkworth-Koolunga, Sevenhill and Clare to again be the main players.

The merger of Watervale and Aub-Mintaro should strengthen their side/s.

I heard Long Plains was looking to put in a B grade?

I think the league wanted Long Plains to drop to B Grade, but Longies wanted to stay up.
What are peoples thoughts on the merger of 2 clubs for A grade but keep B Grade separate. Its ridiculous that its allowed. You're either a club or your not.

Warnes and Jones will. Not sure Pym will play too many games to be honest.
Look out for "H" though, once he learns the rules of the game, how to bowl without a bent arm and which end to hold the bat he will be deadly.

I guess it's keeping a reasonable standard in the A grade. Otherwise some very strong players in the b grade or very weak A grade teams. By still keeping seperate clubs going it keeps the door open to put an A grade team in in future years.
