A little different back then as it was caused by the NMFL folding and in influx of clubs all from the northern suburbs.

It was a bit of a shambles with some massive margins.

Probably no different to what the score will be when Elizabeth play North Pines in Div 6N.

Mawson Lakes and Trinity perhaps?

I'm sure a tattoo studio would jump on board to be a major sponsor.

Its been the Adelaide Northern Football League for years now, a few Southern clubs join in and there is mass panic about travel?

Hiring buses to get to Marion, its 10km from the city!!! Lonsdale is a further 10 min on via the SEXY.

Mass panic?

Colonel Light Gardens got a bus to Houghton one day... I swear some people think we're an hour into the Adelaide Hills.

OSB/Lonsdale is a big trek but gee you're only doing it once. Would be a good bus trip with 1262487298 red cans on the way back.

How many of those cans would your rig be able to handle? ;)

At the end of 1995 the SAFA folded and 9 clubs entered the SAAFL in 1996. Athelstone, Edwardstown, Salisbury North, Flinders Park, Pooraka, Plympton, Salisbury West, PNU and Adelaide Tigers who became Trans Adelaide after a merge. The competition went to Premier 1 and Premier 2 along with North and South in some divisions. Not sure how many NMFL clubs came in as well but it took a year to sort things out and for the better. Personally I think the current situation is fine, if it ain't broke........
