Re: Which Chocolate?
Depends on the type of chocolate
Haighs anything is daylight ahead of the rest.
Their dark chocolate is sensational. And so is their milk chocolate with coconut and macadamia

The correct answer is "Whatever is in the house"

Re: Which Chocolate?
I can take or leave chocolate, not much of a sweet tooth, I can keep chocolate in my house for months without touching it.
That said, If i do indulge, I prefer dark.
The only exception to the above is a chocolate factory in Tasmania called Anvers - whenever I'm there I'll drive out of my way to buy a heap of the stuff and post it home (and then take a year to eat it)

My new Mantra - I am no longer available to things and people that make me feel like shit

This is a bit of a myth. Good quality White chocolate is absolutely a derivative of Chocolate, as it uses Cocoa butter.
It should be a murky yellow though, not the albino stuff you get these days. The difference between an old school Milky Bar and "Dream" being a great example.
