I understand where you are coming from, I would barrack for the umpires, grounds men, the cleaners or anyone before Port. That's how footy should be

Difference being we have a real reason to hate the Crows not just them being our closest rival

I’m a Westies supporter first and foremost, there are plenty of reasons for me to hate Port

For me it's mainly their supporters.

Like Richo but I reckon they should have given it to someone other than Bicks, he has been there before, Bone would have been perfect.

Nah, should have been Jars or maybe even Lucas Herbert or Nick Gill.

Triggy must be gutted.

100% agree, that's how I feel about the crows. We all enjoy a little banter, so don't take it personally, it's just the way it is.

It's a tough one, I see it a fair bit both ways on FB and don't buy into it.

A few years ago when I took my kids over to watch the Hawthorn vs Port prelim, a former FB friend wrote "I hope all the Port ferals driving across to Melbourne crash and die"

I lost my shit at them!

Yeah, some just take things too far, then there's the ones that rather Port lose more than they want the Crows to win, I just don't get it, but anyway, stiff shit, it doesn't affect my time in the house.

Outright dumb considering that I was setting sail at 3:30am with my two kids and one of them is a Crows supporter, I told him he could come as long as he wore a Port guernsey LOL.

Haha, thats me for every game of the season basically!

On the hoping Port lose more than Crows win thing - One of my best mate's entire family is Port mad, and has been for generations. His mum religiously tapes the Crows games and should they lose it's the highlight of her weekend to sit down and watch them get beat lol. Always cracks me up.
