I had one in my foot for Plantar fascist bastarditis which was done by my GP...
I guess it depends on what it is for and where it needs to be done

I had a cortisone injection for the same problem as Jase by the guys at Sportsmed at Stepney, reckon it was without a GP's referral.

Where can I get a standing water cooler that can be plugged into any electrical point rather than require plumbing. Also needs to have a bottle we can just re-fill with our pure tap rather than having to buy 15l, 20l etc bottles off a company.

Yeah we have one on site from Neverfail but they will only supply us with 15l bottles that we cant refill.
We need this for our gym members but i just want a bottle that i can refill with our pura tap which is at customer service otherwise the members will go through a bottle a day minimum.

Training guernsey I think, around the mid to late 2000's I reckon. It was Souths initial colours
