Wedgie, your Norwood mate isn't one of Caroline Wilson's "Sources" I hope! Of course there is "turmoil" at Norwood, Hill is forming a side and Like I said on the Norwood Forum, Some players we call mates or find to be good blokes could be part of these decisions. Hope to see all our blokes stand up, win 4 on the trot and make the 5!

Just put the individual stats up after Rd 20 and noticed Bailey is actually the leadking kick getter in the entire competition, wouldn't be too often the leading kick getter and their club part ways before seasons end.

Considering Sturt are putting runs on the board with their revenue streams at present I would say they would have to be a strong showing to recruit players over other SANFL clubs for a change next season!

Interesting though, as last year it was your club who had seen an up-turn in both playing and admin/financial results...

But look at you now... :-(

the big word "turmoil" has rasied its ugly head and been linked to a few players and the reason they are not playing on in 2008.
seems that the reserves coach is moving on also, and i know for a fact that they did not get on well and wasnt all that thrilled he was appointed again.

Since when has "turmoil" been a big word?

It only scores you 9 in Scrabble...

Surely words like "brouhaha" or "disquietude" would be bigger...

And the latter would score heaps more.

Given disquietude has 11 letters (tiles) it would take two goes to make it in Scrabble. You would arguably get more for disquiet (on its own - depending on where on the board you make it) and brouhaha as when making them you would most likely use all 7 tiles and get the bones 50 points
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
